Itinerary Highlights
Day 1: Arrival and Welcome
Home transfers followed by a scenic journey to Bunbury. On arrival, settle into your comfortable chalet accommodation opposite Koombana Bay. Take a stroll along the bay before travelling to to the Bridgetown Blues Festival for an evening of dancing and music.
Day 2: Dolphin Discovery and Bridgetown Blues Festival
Start your day at the Dolphin Discovery Centre Aquarium, where you’ll meet rescue turtles and explore the marine exhibits. Enjoy lunch at the café overlooking the bay. Spend the afternoon at the Bridgetown Blues Festival learning about the city’s rich history, including its Aboriginal heritage. Later, take a leisurely walk along historic Victoria Street in the CBD.
Day 3: Wildlife and Music
Visit the Bunbury Wildlife Park, where you can walk through aviaries filled with native birds and animals. Enjoy lunch overlooking Back Beach and spend the afternoon exploring the Bridgetown Music Festivals Musical Finale. Finish the day with a group dinner to celebrate the weekend’s adventures.
Day 4: Farewell and Return
After breakfast, enjoy a relaxing morning before boarding the Australind Train for a comfortable return journey to Perth.
